Hello my Jihad Warriors. I thought I would post this up but I know there is only prob Bob interested. www.fitday.comYou can keep a record of what our eating and stuff and add goals if you wanna put muscle on and that it gives you a pie chart break down of your nutrition intake. If you wanna be building muscle you want to be looking at eating 5 - 7 small meals a day every 3 - 4 hrs. Your pie chart should be something like 50% carbs 40% protein 10%.. just incase anyones interested or just sad like me..

yeah my daily intake pie chart would be good i have no brekkie a sandwitch 4 lunch and a big dinner thats pretty much it a day and sometimes a little fruit
