It's a right piece of p1ss Burger. Just gets annoying after a bit talking to the general public.
What time are you open til? - 8 o clock.....next call....What time do you close? 8 o clock....next call, my plug doesn't fit.....take off the platic case......
Think i took 120 calls in a day once. Ridiculous. I must take about 10 here max..

I work for HSBC Telecoms supporting HSBC branch staff and engineers with Cisco IPT (Internet Protocol Telephones). Set phones up and configure ports for switches etc.
It's not bad, a lot of stuff comes through email or Peregrine (Jubbs will know what that is). The phone calls are just from engineers wanting help on site or a few from branch staff. It was hard at first but i'm getting used to it after 6 months. I also support Structured cabling for branch's and CWD (Common Windows Desktop) stuff.

I think that team was there when i was. I liked it at first, got p1ssed off with it though. Do you still have to log out of your phone to have a piss and on breaks, lunch etc? We used to get done for being over 1 minute late. I'd have one now, i'm late everyday, except for one day about 2 weeks ago i was a bit early.
